"We really like the programs organized by H2O because they are so interesting and varied.  When we are on vacation, especially abroad, we enjoy getting to know the locals and Cathy and Jeff have forged excellent and quality relationships everywhere.  In Tuscany, for example, we had fabulous photography and cooking classes with well-known and accomplished people.  In Elba, the sea kayaking was exceptional.  We also walked along the cliff top and the woods collecting herbs and flowers which we later learned to add to our sweet and savory cooking.  In Japan, we met an outstanding businessman and musician who gave a concert and a demonstration of Samurai training at his home, just for us.

All these sessions enriched our experience of the country tenfold and created a bond that we wouldn't have had simply as tourists.  The trips are adventurous, lively, and inspiring.  The learning and experiences stay with you for life."
