Terms and Conditions

Fill out and send with deposit or full payment if less than 30 days from program start date.
Trip Application form

Read, then sign and date and return(a release needs to be completed by each member of the party - children under 18 must have parental signature)
Release of Liability form

Complete and return at least 1 week prior to program start date (Each member of the party must complete this form)
