How do I pre-register for a class or trip?
Pre-registration is required for all programs and trips. To reserve your spot, complete this form and mail it to us along with your check or money order made payable to H2Outfitters, at PO Box 72, Orr's Island, ME 04066. Or if you'd rather pay by Visa or Mastercard, please call us at 1-800-20-KAYAK. Sorry, we cannot register you via email. Full payment is required when reserving your spot for all classes, workshops and instructional programs including ACA workshops. For all North American Bed & Breakfast Programs a $400 deposit is required at time of registration with the balance due 45 days prior to start of the program. For all camping trips and week-long Kids Programs, a 25% deposit is required at the time of registration with the balance due 30 days prior to trip start. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation letter with program details. (NOTE: Any exceptions to this policy will be explained on a program by program basis).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

For all instructional programs, classes and workshops:
With 7 days or more notice, you will receive a full refund. With less than 7 days notice, no refund. Exception: All pool programs and ACA workshops require 14 day notification in order to receive a full refund.  With less than 14 days notice, there will be no refund given unless we can fill your spot.
For Bed & Breakfast Programs, Camping Trips and Week-long kids programs:
If you give us 30 days or more notice, you will receive a full refund of the money you have given us. With 14-29 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund. With less than 14 days notice, no refund, unless we can fill your spot.
H2Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any program due to inadequate enrollment or inclement weather. Should we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or you can apply the amount to another program.

Registration Info: The cost of H2Outiftters' trip, workshops, lesson, and clinics includes the kayaks, paddles, sprayskirts and lifejackets. Helmets are supplied for all whitewhater courses, pool, and surf clinics. Rescue clinics include the necessary rescue equipment. No discounts apply for lessons, clinics, or 1-day courses. Off-site Programs: we require a minimum of 6 students for any program that is run out-of-state or away from the Touring Center on Orr's Island.
